Special discounts for new homeowners:
If you are a new homeowner or new in our area we offer a special discount for you. See one of our sales associates for more information. (You must provide proof of a new address.)
Lay-away:
We offer a 90-day lay-away with 20% down. If you are not quite ready for your furnishings we will hold it for you for 90 days in one of our warehouses. We can also divide your payment up into three easy payments.
Staging:
We rent furniture and stage empty homes for the purpose of selling real-estate. Call Wendy Nelson at (360) 575-9804 for more information.
Custom Bookshelves and Beds:
Randy Elam is gifted in making custom wood pieces. If you have an area that needs a custom-built bookcase, built-in, or even a custom bed, he can give you an estimate and build it for you. For more information and pricing, contact Randy at (360) 575-9804.
Repair shop:
We service the furniture we sell at our on-site repair shop. If you have a problem with furniture you purchased through Elam's, call Randy Scott at (503) 556-8321. See the policies page for warranty questions.
Appliance Servicing:
If you have purchased appliances from Elam's in the past and are experiencing a service problem, contact: ABC Appliances at (360) 577-1410. Elam's no longer carries appliances as of May 2006.
